Membership Billing:
-We bill on the 1st of each month. To avoid next month's charges, cancellation or hold requests must be submitted by the 15th. Requests after the 15th will result in one final billing and your membership will remain active through the last day of the following month.
-Past due balances must be paid in full prior to cancelation
-Making a change to your membership may change your rate.
-Account holds will resume billing after the specified hold time
